Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:

Items that are damaged or defective when you receive them.

Incorrect items sent by mistake.

Apparel that doesn’t fit, provided it’s unworn and in its original condition with tags still attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

CDs, vinyl, or other media that have been opened.

Sale items or limited-edition products unless they are damaged or incorrect.
-
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Process
Contact Us First

Email info@theritzykids.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

Attach clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Wait for Instructions

We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Ship the Item Back

Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or replacement item, we’ll arrange an exchange where possible.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear in your account after processing.
Shipping Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived or was lost in transit:

We may send a replacement item or issue store credit depending on the situation.
