Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept returns for the following reasons:

 

  • Items that are damaged or defective when you receive them.

  • Incorrect items sent by mistake.

  • Apparel that doesn’t fit, provided it’s unworn and in its original condition with tags still attached.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

 

  • CDs, vinyl, or other media that have been opened.

  • Sale items or limited-edition products unless they are damaged or incorrect.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

 

Return Process

 

Contact Us First

 

  • Email info@theritzykids.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Attach clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

 

Wait for Instructions

 

  • We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  • Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Ship the Item Back

 

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

 

 

Refunds & Exchanges

 

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or replacement item, we’ll arrange an exchange where possible.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear in your account after processing.

 

 

Shipping Issues

 

If your order hasn’t arrived or was lost in transit:

 

  • Contact us at info@theritzykids.com and we’ll help track it down.

  • We may send a replacement item or issue store credit depending on the situation.
